How We Work

The HAFHEAD charter authorizes OG to operate in the following capacities for greater social impact.

  • Support Role – Haitian Diaspora Committee, Haitian Hometown Association Resource Group, Haitian Diaspora Org., Global Haitian Diaspora Federation (GHDF.NET), FONKOZE, National Association of Haitian Professionals (NAHP), and others who will support OG and a unified call to action. 
  • Complementary Role – Serve the local partners and communities by complementing the Haitian government’s decentralization plan. Two organizations worthy of coalition is the YMCA d’Haiti and the Rotary International (Rotary Clubs in Haiti).

Develop strategic initiatives with goals, objectives, and action steps.

Phase III - Implementation

Execute strategic initiatives to include feasibility assessment of fundraising plan for “A Marathon of Charity, Faith, Hope, and Independence”.
